Start a workout routine when you are young. You start Losing a half a pound of muscle after the age of 30. Fitness rule of thumb: Flexibility, Strength, and Endurance. Eat healthy, do face yoga, work on your mind, and awaken to know your soul!

The Best Advice
I respond: Thanks, I live it! I started consistently lifting heavy weights, doing cardio and stretching at the age of 20, I started working on my mind at the age of 25, I awakened to my soul at the age of 29, and of course eating heathy along the way, without going on any fad diets, diets do not work in the long run! In a few weeks I am going to be 59. I don’t feel better than I did in my 20's, I feel the same but wiser!

Great idea! But also, anyone can start at any age.
I respond: Yes, it is never too late to start. But preferably it starts when you are young, then it becomes a way of life! This idea is not great, unless it is put into action! Just Do It!
